As a Liaoning-based enterprise with deep expertise in oil and petrochemical instrumentation, DDTOP?Group originated in Dandong and has now become a core supplier to both China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Sinopec. When we embraced the China-Saudi Arabia cooperation initiative to establish an oil and petrochemical instrumentation industrial base in Saudi Arabia, Deputy Governor Wang Jian’s timely support and guidance were like a timely rain, bolstering our confidence. During the meeting, the Deputy Governor not only inquired in detail about the factory construction progress and localization plans but also proactively recommended DDTOP’s technologies and products to key local enterprises like Saudi Aramco, building a bridge for cross-border collaboration. This solid backing behind our global expansion reflects Liaoning?robust support for corporate globalization.
The DDTOP?Saudi Industrial Base is now in full swing with construction nearing completion, poised to commence operations. This facility not only embodies our vision of integrating global supply chains and serving the Middle Eastern market, but also represents a strategic alignment between Liaoning’s “Trillion-Yuan Petrochemical Industrial Base” initiative and Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030”.
